Pick Up and Delivery (Local Orders)

  • Pick-up: Self collection can be done earliest in 1 working day. Collection will be on weekdays at the address (see below under 'showroom')
  • Delivery: Do give us 5 working days to process and ship local orders. Free delivery within Singapore for orders above SGD 150. Shipping fees of SGD 25 will apply for orders under that amount.

Packing and Quality Assurance

  • All cues are properly packed and handled for shipping.
  • To ensure cues are well-protected in transit, we only use reliable third-party courier services for shipping.
  • Customers can also visit our physical showroom (see below) to test our cues before purchasing. No safer way than to test the cue for yourself! 
  • To ensure our products are satisfactory, we also offer a 30-day return policy (see below).

Payment Methods

  • All prices include government Goods and Service Tax (GST) for Singapore orders.
  • We accept the following payment methods:

  1. Cash (onsite)
  2. Visa or Master Credit card - Add to cart and make payment via credit card
  3. Paynow - Paynow to our company UEN number (Contact us for more details) 
  4. Bank Transfer - Bank transfer to our DBS / OCBC bank account (Contact us for more details) 

Return Policy 

  • All cues bought online comes with 30-day return policy. Should you find your cue has any problem or you are not satisfied with it due to a defect, you can return it to us at our office for an exchange. Items sold are non-refundable.
  • Please email us at info@centrumbilliard.com with the information first, and also bring along a receipt during the exchange. 

Showroom Visit

  • Visit our physical showroom at 101 Cecil St. #17-10/11 Tong Eng Building Singapore 069533 or Blk 10, Ubi Crescent Ubi Techpark, Lobby B, #01-13, Singapore 408564 if you would like to view or test them out.
  • We advise customers to call us at (+65) 6224 5888 to check on the availability of cues before coming down. 

International Orders

We offer delivery to selected countries. Pls refer to this shipping chart for overseas shipping fees - stated prices exclude VAT charges to buyer destinations.
